BIPOC students not only experience confidence issues like many others, but they can also face unique barriers related to their community, history, opportunities, stereotyping, social media, and political rhetoric, leading to mental isolation and insecurities. Ubuntu's Online Certificate and Workshops help these students build confidence and recognize how their values and experiences contribute to business success, empowering them to take greater control of their job search.
| Online Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) Certificate *FREE*
The ISR Certificate is developed from employer feedback and individual social responsibility principles (Positivity, Giving Back, Community Building, Environment, Career Feedback). It takes about 2 hours to complete in addition to required deliverables. Partner organizations prioritize applications from Ubuntu certificate holders. Students must be enrolled in an educational institution for the current year.
